Marching band is meeting tonight (August 26, 2024) across the street from Drew UMC (Orange Square) at 6pm. No marching! Wind ensemble members are invited to tonight’s rehearsal. We will rehearse music for this Wednesday’s National Night Out performance at Riverside Park in Port Jervis (5:30pm). All musicians are encouraged to participate!
Wind Ensemble Rehearsals will resume on Monday, September 9th at 7pm.
We are not meeting on Labor Day.

7/29 and 8/5 Rehearsals?
This Monday, 7/29 marching band will rehearse as usual. Wind ensemble will not rehearse but anyone who wants to help with our music library (sorting music) should still meet at Drew UMC at 7pm to help out.
Reminder: the following Monday 8/5, marching band will rehearse and then all Broome Street Bands members are invited to the Riverside Creamery in Port Jervis for free ice cream at 7pm! Please wait outside the Creamery when you arrive.
Port Jervis Memorial Day parade CANCELLED
Due to the possibility of rain, the Port Jervis Memorial Day parade has been cancelled. The Middletown and Milford parades have also been cancelled.
There will be a small ceremony at VFW post 161 (47-51 Owen Street, Port Jervis, NY) at 11am. Feel free to attend if you wish. The marching band will not play due to the size of the hall.
