SUMMARY:33rd Annual Fall Foliage Festival\, Port Jervis NY
DESCRIPTION:Due to the rainy weather forecast\, this has been postponed until October 18th\, 2026. Same details\, different day. \nThe wind ensemble will perform a concert during the 33rd Annual Fall Foliage Festival which takes place in downtown Port Jervis on September 27th. We will set up in the street on Ball Street at the intersection of Sussex Street (next to Aliton’s Pharmacy and Chase Bank). Brassanova and some other small ensembles will also perform some songs. The concert will start at 2:00pm. Musicians should bring their music and a stand and be there ready to play by 1:30pm. The church will be open by 12:30pm for those needing to pick up equipment etc. Chairs and a tent will be provided for us.\nConcert Dress: black top and black or neutral bottoms \nHere is the Wind Ensemble concert music list in order: \n\nStar Spangled Banner (J. Concerts will be held in the beautiful and historic Veterans Park (Orange Square) located at 1 N Broome Street in Port Jervis NY starting at 7pm on 6/1/26 (marching band and small ensembles)\, 6/29/26 (wind ensemble and marching band) and 7/27/26 (wind ensemble and small ensembles). \nIn case of rain\, the concert will be at Drew UMC\, 49-51 Sussex St\, Port Jervis NY 12771. \nAttendees may want to bring a chair or blanket to sit on. \n\nFor Performing Musicians \nMarching Band members should arrive by 6:20pm\, full uniform NO HAT.
