Concerts will be held in the beautiful and historic Veterans Park (Orange Square) located at 1 N Broome Street in Port Jervis NY starting at 7pm on 6/1/26 (marching band and small ensembles)\, 6/29/26 (wind ensemble and marching band) and 7/27/26 (wind ensemble and small ensembles). \nIn case of rain\, the concert will be at Drew UMC\, 49-51 Sussex St\, Port Jervis NY 12771. \nAttendees may want to bring a chair or blanket to sit on. \n\nFor Performing Musicians \nMarching Band members should arrive by 6:20pm\, full uniform NO HAT. Bring your music folio and a stand if you wish. If you don’t have a uniform\, please wear black pants and let Jason know your shirt size so we can get you a uniform shirt before the concert starts. \nSmall Ensemble members should arrive by 6pm to help set up – thank you!!! SUMMARY:Matamoras Veteran's Park New Monument Dedication Music
DESCRIPTION:The Matamoras Veteran’s Park is dedicating a new monument and they have requested patriotic music to be performed for about a half hour before the ceremony starts at 6pm on June 12th\, 2026. They would also like taps to be played after 2 singers perform. All musicians are encouraged to come and play for this stand or sit down event (no marching required). Please be there by 5:15pm so we can be ready to start playing by 5:30pm. Bring a stand or lyre and your march music folio. Dress is black top and black or neutral bottoms. Let us know if you need music!

DESCRIPTION:Meet at Drew UMC at 11:45am. Dress has changed as per Jason: black or khaki shorts/pants/bottoms\, band shirt and hat. \nWe march the racers down Sussex St for the opening ceremony at the bottom of the hill.\nBecause it is also Flag Day\, we will play a few songs for the Flag Day Ceremony which will also happen at the bottom of the Sussex Street hill during the opening ceremony.
