DESCRIPTION:Wind ensemble members should meet at Drew UMC at 6pm – no rehearsals. We will work on putting away and organizing music and moving and putting away some items from the stage and closet to make more rehearsal space for us. \nAfter we are done with these chores\, we will meet all of the Broome Street members at the Riverside Creamery at 8pm where everyone can enjoy a free treat of their choice. Please wait outside until everyone arrives so we can stagger going inside and ordering.

DESCRIPTION:Click the image above to download a printable pdf file of the flyer. \nThe last of our 3 Free Summer Concerts will feature our Wind Ensemble and 3 small ensembles and will take place at Veterans Park (1 N Broome St) in Port Jervis starting at 7pm. Concert dress is black top and black or neutral bottoms. \nIn case of rain\, the concert will be at Drew UMC\, 49-51 Sussex St\, Port Jervis NY 12771. \nConcert call times are as follows: \nPercussion please arrive by 5:45pm to move percussion equipment. Kai\, Layla\, Matt\, Sophie\, Bradley\, Lucas. Once percussion is set\, we will start moving chairs and stands.\nBrass please arrive by 6pm.\nWoodwinds please arrive by 6:15pm\nEveryone should be in position by 6:30pm for sound check and warmup.\nBring only what you need for the concert to the stage. Leave cases etc in the church or your car.\nWe will have a few plastic sheets and clothespins available. \nWind Ensemble Concert Music list/order: \n\nStar-Spangled Banner\nSymphony 5\, Opus 47\nHow to Train your Dragon\nDragonheart\nHawaii Five-O\nMandalorian\n1812 Overture\n\nSmall ensembles will perform within 3 breaks of the above list\, trombone quartet\, Brassanova and string duet.

Concerts will be held in the beautiful and historic Veterans Park (Orange Square) located at 1 N Broome Street in Port Jervis NY starting at 7pm on 6/1/26 (marching band and small ensembles)\, 6/29/26 (wind ensemble and marching band) and 7/27/26 (wind ensemble and small ensembles). \nIn case of rain\, the concert will be at Drew UMC\, 49-51 Sussex St\, Port Jervis NY 12771. \nAttendees may want to bring a chair or blanket to sit on. \n\nFor Performing Musicians \nMarching Band members should arrive by 6:20pm\, full uniform NO HAT. Bring your music folio and a stand if you wish. If you don’t have a uniform\, please wear black pants and let Jason know your shirt size so we can get you a uniform shirt before the concert starts. \nSmall Ensemble members should arrive by 6pm to help set up – thank you!!!
