DESCRIPTION:Click the image above to download a printable pdf file of the flyer. \nThe second of our 3 Free Summer Concerts will feature the Broome Street Wind Ensemble and our Marching Band and will take place at Veterans Park (1 N Broome St) in Port Jervis starting at 7pm. \nIn case of rain\, the concert will be at Drew UMC\, 49-51 Sussex St\, Port Jervis NY 12771. \nMarching band call time for the concert this Monday the 29th is 6:30pm inside Drew UMC to run a few things. Percussion please arrive by 5:45pm to move percussion equipment. Kai\, Layla\, Matt\, Sophie\, Bradley\, Lucas. Once percussion is set\, we will start moving chairs and stands.\nBrass please arrive by 6pm.\nWoodwinds please arrive by 6:15pm\nEveryone should be in position by 6:30pm for sound check and warmup.\nBring only what you need for the concert to the stage. Leave cases etc in the church or your car.\nWe will have a few plastic sheets and clothespins available.\nMarching band will join the wind ensemble for Stars &amp Stripes Forever- you might have to share music/stands.
