All musicians are encouraged to come and play! This will be a stand/sit and play event. Bring a chair and music stand if you wish.
Please meet at the flag display at the corner of Sullivan Ave and E Main St in Port Jervis by 11:45am, ready to play (next to the old Deerpark Reformed Church). We will play a few patriotic songs before the ceremony starts at noon, then we will play 3 songs during the ceremony:
God Bless the USA, God Bless America and Star Spangled Banner. Marching band members, please bring your march music folio. Music will be supplied for all who don’t have it.
The ceremony should be done by 1pm.
Please wear march uniform (no hat) or the usual wind ensemble concert attire (black wind ensemble polo top or any black top, black or khaki/tan/gray bottoms).
