We are planning at least one work day for our bands and request that everyone come and help out.
Here is what we would like to accomplish:

• Inventory of band instruments and equipment including stands, uniforms, shirts and music
• organizing and sorting music
• clean up/organize the back closet and all items cluttering up the sides areas of the rehearsal platform
• clean up/organize the basement storage shelves (drums etc.)

You don’t need to stay for the whole session but if everyone can come for a few hours we should be able to get a lot done.
An additional day is slated for April 6th if necessary.
