Rehearsals will resume on August 31st, 2026.
We will have a clean up night on August 3rd @ 6pm for the wind ensemble members. We will file music and move equipment from the stage at Drew UMC to organize and make more room for our rehearsals. Then we will go to the Riverside Creamery for free ice cream or any treat you want! Ice cream time is 8pm. Please wait outside until you are called to place your order.
Due to our board of directors meeting at 6pm, there will be no marching band rehearsal.
Wind ensemble will meet at 7pm as usual.

Marching band call time for the concert this Monday the 29th is 6:30pm inside Drew UMC to run a few things. Percussion please arrive by 5:45pm to move percussion equipment. Kai, Layla, Matt, Sophie, Bradley, Lucas. Once percussion is set, we will start moving chairs and stands.
Brass please arrive by 6pm.
Woodwinds please arrive by 6:15pm
Everyone should be in position by 6:30pm for sound check and warmup.
Bring only what you need for the concert to the stage. Leave cases etc in the church or your car.
We will have a few plastic sheets and clothespins available.
Marching band will join the wind ensemble for Stars & Stripes Forever- you might have to share music/stands. Concert Dress is black top and black or neutral bottoms for wind ensemble, full uniform no hat for marching band.
If you are missing any uniform parts, please let Jason know ASAP.
The wind ensemble will not rehearse on Memorial Day.

Our free spring concert is Sunday, 4/12/26 at Drew UMC (49 – 51 Sussex St, Port Jervis, NY 12771) featuring our Wind Ensemble, Brassanova and Trombone Quartert.
This concert will benefit the Helping Hands Food Pantry of Port Jervis NY. Cash donations and non-perishable food gifts welcomed!
